Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Wanwu Imaging at https://pictick.org (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Henan Duotelade Technology Co., Ltd. (河南多特莱德科技有限公司, Unified Social Credit Code 91410102MA3X49R27T) (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, clicking agree, or using the Service, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Wanwu Imaging is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the creators of any third-party AI models we integrate. Model names, if shown, identify an integration only.

1. The Service

Wanwu Imaging helps apparel and product sellers turn clothing photos they already have into listing stills, on-model sets, and short clips. Features may include upload, generation, editing, storage, download, plans, and related studio tools.

The Service uses third-party cloud and AI model providers to process the materials you submit. Output is machine-generated. You must review every result before you publish or sell with it. We do not promise that any result will be accurate, unique, non-infringing, or fit for a particular listing.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You may sign in with Google, Apple, or email as offered on the site. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

3. Your content and rights

You retain rights in photos, text, and other materials you upload (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, adapt, and transmit User Content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including sending necessary files to our processors.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload User Content and to generate images or video from it. That includes rights in the garment, the photograph, any depicted person, and any brand marks. Do not upload identity documents, payment cards, medical records, or images of children.

You are responsible for how you use generated output, including marketplace rules, advertising law, and third-party IP.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to request, upload, generate, host, or distribute:

NSFW, pornographic, explicit, or sexually suggestive content, including nude or partial-nude generation, fetish content, or sexualized depictions of people
Content that sexualizes minors, or any sexual content involving anyone 17 or under. This is strictly prohibited
Non-consensual intimate imagery
Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation used to impersonate a real person, or to create political, news, or pornographic forgeries
Hate, harassment, extremist propaganda, or content that promotes violence or terrorism
Scams, malware, or tools designed to deceive
Weapons, illegal drugs, or other illegal goods as the primary subject of generation
Attempts to bypass safety filters, including prompts that ask for “uncensored”, “no filter”, “unfiltered”, or “NSFW” output

We may refuse, block, or delete jobs and accounts that violate this section. A fuller list is in the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Safety screening

We and our model providers screen prompts, uploads, and outputs and may refuse a job without completing generation. Safety checks can be automated. They are not a warranty that every harmful request will be caught. You remain responsible for your prompts and for any output you download or publish.

6. Plans, credits, and payments

Paid plans and credits are described at checkout and in the Paid Services Agreement. Overseas card payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Taxes shown at checkout are collected by Creem where applicable.

Credits are a license to use the Service, not stored value or a bank balance. Unused credits do not accrue interest.

7. Acceptable availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We are not liable for downtime, queue delays, model-provider outages, or results you dislike.

8. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access, delete User Content, or refuse generation if we believe these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the law have been violated, or if we are required to do so by a payment partner or regulator.

9. Disclaimers and liability

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD 50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your User Content, your use of output, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The updated date above will change. Continued use after the update is acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be posted on https://pictick.org/terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Zhengzhou, Henan have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
