Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Terms of Service. It states what you may not generate or upload on Wanwu Imaging (https://pictick.org).

We built Wanwu Imaging for apparel and product listing images. We do not offer uncensored, unfiltered, NSFW, or “no filter” generation. Marketing that promises those things is also not allowed.

1. Sexual and NSFW content — prohibited

You may not request, upload, generate, or share:

• Pornography, explicit sexual content, or sexually suggestive imagery
• Nude or partial-nude generation, lingerie generated as sexual content, or fetish content
• Sexualized bodies, sexual poses, or sexual text-to-image prompts
• Any content that sexualizes a minor, or any sexual content involving a person who is or appears to be 17 or under
• Non-consensual intimate imagery

Prompts that ask for “NSFW”, “uncensored”, “18+”, “no filter”, or “unfiltered” output are prohibited and will be refused.

2. Faces, deepfakes, and impersonation — prohibited

You may not use the Service to:

• Face-swap or deepfake a real person in order to impersonate them
• Create political, news, or pornographic forgeries of a real person
• Manipulate a real person’s face without a lawful right to do so

Uploading a garment on a studio model or a licensed look you have rights to use is allowed. Using someone else’s identity as the product is not.

3. Other harmful or illegal use — prohibited

• Child sexual abuse material, grooming, or exploitation of any kind
• Hate, harassment, or content that attacks a person or group
• Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or serious violence
• Scams, phishing, malware, or instructions for crime
• Weapons, illegal drugs, or other illegal goods as the main generated subject
• Attempts to evade safety systems

4. Your uploads

Upload only photos and references you have the right to use. Do not upload identity documents, payment cards, medical data, or photos of children. You must have permission from any real person whose likeness you include.

5. How we enforce this policy

We may:

• Refuse or cancel a generation
• Remove files or outputs
• Suspend or close an account
• Report illegal content to the authorities or to our payment partner

Screening may be automated and may use our model providers’ safety systems. A job that completes is not approval that the output is lawful for your marketplace.

6. Marketplace and ads

Even when a still is allowed on Wanwu Imaging, you must still follow Amazon, Shopify, Meta, Google, and other channel rules. We are not responsible for a listing that those channels reject.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this AUP as laws and payment-partner rules change. The current version lives at https://pictick.org/aup.
