Paid Services Agreement

This Paid Services Agreement covers plans, credits, and other paid features of Wanwu Imaging at https://pictick.org. It supplements the Terms of Service. If they conflict on price, billing, or refunds, this agreement controls.

1. What you buy

A paid plan gives you access to the features and credit amounts shown at checkout. Credits are a limited license to run generation and related jobs. They are not cash, not a stored-value account, and not transferable except as we allow inside a team workspace.

2. Checkout and merchant of record

Overseas card payments are processed by Creem (https://www.creem.io) as merchant of record. Creem collects the charge, applies tax where required, and issues the customer receipt. We receive enough order data to unlock the plan on your account.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in USD unless the checkout page says otherwise. Taxes, if any, are calculated by Creem at checkout based on your location. Changing a list price later does not change an order you already paid.

4. Renewals and cancellation

If you buy a subscription, it renews for the same term until you cancel. Cancel from the billing page or by emailing qimingchen1937@gmail.com before the renewal date. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not refund the current period unless the law or Creem’s refund rules require it.

5. Credits and failed jobs

Credits are reserved when you submit a job. If the job fails on our side, reserved credits are returned. Jobs you cancel after work has started, or jobs refused for a policy violation, may not return credits.

6. Refunds

Refund requests go to qimingchen1937@gmail.com and, where the charge was taken by Creem, may also be handled under Creem’s buyer terms. We do not refund unused credits after a period has been used to generate content, except where consumer law requires it.

Chargebacks opened without first contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.

7. Acceptable use still applies

Paid access does not lift the Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse prohibited jobs and suspend paid accounts that break those rules. Unused credits on a closed violating account are forfeited.

8. Changes

We may change plans for future purchase periods. We will post material billing changes on the site or email the account address.
