If you do not agree, do not create an account or upload files. Browsing public pages still uses the strictly necessary cookies described below.

1. Data we collect

Account

When you sign in with Google or Apple we receive the account identifier, name, and email address those providers share with us. When you use email sign-in we process your email address and a sign-in link or password hash. We do not store Google or Apple passwords.

Creative files

When you use the studio we process images, video, text, prompts, product notes, references, generation settings, and outputs you create. These files may include faces or other information you choose to upload. Do not upload identity documents, payment cards, or images of children.

Payments

If you buy a plan, Creem processes the payment as merchant of record. We receive order identifiers, plan name, amount, currency, payment status, and the email associated with the order. We do not receive your full card number.

Device and logs

We collect IP address, browser type, language, device type, pages viewed, job status, error logs, and security events. We use these to operate the site, prevent abuse, and debug failures.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember language. We do not run third-party advertising pixels on the public marketing pages.

2. How we use data

  • Create and secure your account
  • Run generation, editing, storage, preview, and download
  • Process orders, receipts, and refunds with Creem
  • Prevent fraud, spam, and prohibited content
  • Send transactional mail such as sign-in links and order notices
  • Improve reliability and features using aggregated or de-identified metrics
  • Meet law-enforcement or payment-partner requests we are legally required to meet

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Processors and sharing

We share data only with vendors that need it to run the Service:

  • Cloud hosting, database, cache, and object storage providers
  • AI model and inference providers that receive the files and prompts required for a job
  • Creem, for checkout, tax, and payment fraud checks
  • Google or Apple, when you choose those sign-in methods
  • Email delivery providers, for sign-in and transactional mail

These vendors process data on our instructions or, for payments, as an independent merchant of record. Some vendors are outside your country. Where we transfer data, we do so to provide the Service you requested.

We may disclose data if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or asset sale, with notice where the law requires it.

4. Retention

Account data is kept while the account is open. Creative files and outputs are kept until you delete them or the account is closed, and for a short backup window afterward. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Logs are kept for a limited security and debugging period.

You can ask us to delete your account and associated studio files by emailing qimingchen1937@gmail.com. We may retain records we must keep for law, dispute, or payment reasons.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Email qimingchen1937@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request.

You may withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting processing that is necessary to run the account you asked us to create. You can close the account if you no longer want us to process your studio files.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or a similar jurisdiction you may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

6. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact us and we will delete the account.

7. Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, and vendor security reviews that are reasonable for a hosted SaaS product. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Automated screening

Prompts, uploads, and outputs may be checked by automated safety systems and by our model providers. This processing is necessary to refuse prohibited content and to meet payment-partner rules.

9. Changes

We will post updates at https://pictick.org/privacy and change the date above. Material changes that need consent will be presented again.
